The staff are pleasant and professional, the apartment is just what I was looking for and clean and well maintained. You can’t touch the quality or the price anywhere near Lakeville. SouthFork is the best place to be. Thank you SouthFork team!

The maintenance team members are all very nice and friendly and always act concerned and caring about the problem at hand. I never feel like my issue is a bother or that they are rushing to get done to get somewhere else. They have been prompt with my maintenance requests and take the time to ensure the job is done correctly and ask that I follow up with them if there are still issues.

A staff member in the leasing office made EVERYTHING so easy for us! She was on top of every email or phone call that we sent and replied promptly! I know several people that have lived/live there now and have heard nothing but good things! Very excited for the next couple years at Southfork.
